Always remember your mental health matters. I had a therapist once tell me to write my thoughts down and read them out loud to get them out of my head, and that advice helped me. This journal is a mindfulness tool to assist you with connecting with yourself. Start your day by checking in and listing three emotions that you are feeling in that moment. After that there is a section for you to make your list of tasks/ things you want to accomplish that day, and then before bed go back to your journal and “check out” and unpack how the day actually went for you and what you did accomplish from your to do list. Doing this daily can make you more self aware of yourself and your thoughts.
